Author Guidelines

Thank you for considering our journal for your scholarly contribution. Please ensure your manuscript follows these guidelines before submission.

1. Manuscript Length

  • Articles should typically range between 3,000 and 4,000 words.

  • Exceptions may be made for papers of exceptional quality or special themes, subject to the final decision of the Editor-in-Chief.

2. Abstract & Keywords

  • Provide a concise abstract of 200–250 words, summarizing the paper’s purpose, methodology, findings, and significance.

  • Include 6–7 relevant keywords to aid in indexing and searchability.

3. Formatting Requirements

  • Language: English

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing (double-spacing acceptable where required for online layout)

  • Paper Size: A4

  • Headings: 14-point font size (subject to online publishing norms)

  • File Format: Editable formats only (e.g., Word); PDF files are not accepted.

4. Author Information

  • Provide the following details at the beginning or end of the manuscript:

    • Full name(s) of all author(s)

    • Designation and institutional affiliation

    • Official address

    • Contact details: email ID and mobile number

  • Number of authors is limited to three, except for field projects, where a maximum of five authors is allowed.

5. Originality & Ethical Standards

  • All submissions must include a self-declaration of originality, confirming that:

    • The work is the author’s own.

    • It has not been copied, published, or submitted elsewhere.

6. Copyright Transfer Agreement

  • Upon submission, authors are required to complete and sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA).

  • The signed agreement must be uploaded along with the manuscript or submitted separately as instructed.

  • Each author must sign an individual copy of the agreement.

7. References & Notes

  • Follow the latest APA style for citations and references.

  • Include any explanatory notes within the text or at appropriate locations.

8. Review & Editorial Process

  • Manuscripts undergo a peer-review process.

  • Papers not approved may be returned with or without an explanation.

  • If selected for a future issue, the author(s) will be notified.

  • Authors must address referee comments and resubmit the revised manuscript within 20–25 days.

  • The Editor-in-Chief’s decision is final on all publication matters.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • Meets all journal Author Guidelines.
  • Original work, not previously published or under consideration elsewhere.
  • All references are accurate, complete, and in correct APA Style (latest edition).
  • All tables and figures are numbered and labeled.
  • Permission obtained for all photos, datasets, and third-party material.
  • Article file is in an editable format (e.g., .docx), not PDF.
  • Signed Copyright Transfer Agreement is prepared for submission.
